You will have sole responsibility to defend Addicor Technologies against any claim, but you must receive prior written consent regarding any related settlement. VI. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

Force Majeure:  Addicor Technologies will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God; labor disputes; industrial disturbances; systematic electrical, telecommunication or other utility failures; blockages; embargoes; riots; acts or orders of government; acts of terrorism; and war.

Cessation of Operation: Addicor Technologies may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the website and distribution of the Services.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the Services, Software, and Documentation provided hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements and understandings, written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Effect of Waiver: The delay or failure of Addicor Technologies to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Governing Law: This website is controlled by Addicor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from our office located in the city of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing our website, you agree to the statutes and laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Statute of Limitation: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the website, Services or this Agreement must be filed within 1 year after such claim or cause of action arise or be forever barred.

Termination: Addicor Technologies reserves the right to terminate your access to the website, if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion that you have become subject to bankruptcy or any other proceeding relating to insolvency and liquidation or you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the website and Addicor Technologies may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders for Services. Termination shall not relieve you of the obligation to pay any fees or other amounts accrued or payable to Addicor Technologies through the end of the current term.

Domestic Use: Addicor Technologies makes no representation that the website or Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users who access the website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and must bear all responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws assignment. Under this agreement, you are not authorized to assign your rights and obligations to anyone but Addicor Technologies may assign its rights and obligations to anyone, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.

Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by Addicor Technologies Private Limited.
